I named this style Art Nouveau/Folk Fusion after being inspired by the art of Alphonse Mucha and the need to get my thoughts and stories out.  Each painting features a tree as a starting point and they develop from there. While my west coast landscapes challenge my skills, this style of  painting bring me joy in a much different way by becoming a bridge between the creative writer and the painter within me.
